Job History

After travelling through Europe at age of 21 and experiencing various cuisines, Bhu developed an immediate passion for food.

Bhu relocated to Adelaide, South Australia where is successfully completed his Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and then continued to study and develop both personally and professionally.

After 9 years of working within various hospitality establishments, Bhu has gained many valuable skills and techniques specialising in French, Italian and South East Asian food. Bhu’s love for food and passion for learning has motivated him to transfer his skills through training and assessment.

With his extensive experience and knowledge Bhu provides our students with an in-depth understanding of what is required to be successful in their cookery careers.
