Ben has worked in hospitality establishments around the country, including acting as Head Chef at The Manse Restaurant. For 12 years he has successfully delivered Vocational Education programs in a secondary school context, creating vocational pathways that have secured his students positions at Adelaide’s leading hospitality establishments.
Ben’s innovative training stimulates a workplace environment, incorporating successful links with industry and instilling contemporary skills and knowledge in learners.
